We provide a standard three-month replacement guarantee for every placement we make. If the candidate you hire doesn't pass their probation period or leaves the company within three months, we will promptly find you a suitable replacement at no additional cost to you. This guarantee can be extended up to 6 months by applying an additional monthly fee.
